Razzie Pale Rider

This beer is to be a summer fruit beer that is light and crisp enough to allow
the rasberries to come to the front and slightly dominate a British Pale malt base
and wheat malt adjunct with spicy finishing hop additions of Tettnanger

1 lb. British Carastan
.5 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 85% efficiency

Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.031 14 gallons
Irish Moss at 20 Minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #1056 starter ( 3 liter)
