Mash: 70% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 6.5 gallons
1 whirlfloc tablet 45 min into boil.
Hops: 0.49 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: wyeast 2112 California
Log: using 3 ml hopshot 60 min for bittering. primary @66*F for 7 days, secondary @66*F for 3 weeks. clear with gelitan.
Carbonation: 2.8 volumes Keg: 12.1 psi @ 34°F
Tasting: Using hopshot for first time,I hope it's as good as it sounds.
