Playing around with some old Dewolf-Cosyns Roasted Wheat.

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
9 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Water: Mash and sparge water acidified.
Grain: 7 lb. German Pilsner
1 lb. Wheat malt
3 lb. Roasted wheat
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash at 154F for 60 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.039 7 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Neutral yeast like Wyeast 1056.
Carbonation: Moderately high carbonation.
