Rasberry Wheat Beer

6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 14 IBU
OG: 1.058 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: Charcol filtered to remove chlorine
Grain: 10 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
12 lb. British pale
Mash: 70% efficiency
Probably a single step mash at 156°F
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.045 14 gallons
Irish Moss (2 tsp) at 15 minutes.
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast wheat yeast. I will make a 1/2 gallon starter for this batch.
Log: 2 Cans of Oregon Fruit Rasberry puree will be added to the secondary. Secondary will be left for at least 4 weeks, maybe longer depending upon my other beer reserves.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes
Tasting: Previous batch was excellent, good (but not overwelming) rasberry flavor present.
