BaccaChew Wheat (ag version)

My house ale. The only beer I've brewed more than twice. I'm comfortable with the procedures and ingredients for the partial mash version, so I am using this recipie in my fir all grain attempt!

5 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.045 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Grain: 4 lb. American 2-row
3.5 lb. Wheat malt
0 lb. 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
0 lb. 8 oz. American crystal 20L
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash in with 2.5 gallons of 170F water. 1 hour at 154F. Sparge with 2.5 gallons 170F water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.035 6.5 gallons
0 lb. 8 oz. Honey
Irish moss added 15 minutes before end of boil. Honey added at flameout.
Hops: .75 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Pitched 2 packs of Danstar Nottinghan dry ale yeast, rehydrated.
