Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 1.0 lb. Flaked wheat
Steep: Steep the wheat in a bag for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.091 3 gallons
6.0 lb. Wheat extract
1.0 lb. Dry Wheat extract
Irish Moss at 15 minutes left in the boil.
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer (4.77% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Hallertauer (4.77% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast American Wheat
Log: Slice the watermelon into small chunks and de-seed what can be done easily. Add these after primary fermentation.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.55 oz. for 5 gallons @ 65°F
