Indecision Ale

Indecision Ale: a light red somewhat hoppy wheat ale.
Very smooth and refreshingly drinkable

5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 12 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: Spring water
Grain: .5 lb. roasted barley
.5 lb. Munich
Steep: Steep grains @155 for 30mins then remove, add
extracts. Hop as follows: 3/4oz KG 60mins, 1/2oz Saaz
30mins, 3/4oz KG 5min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.122 2 gallons
3.3 lb. extra light
3.3 lb. wheat
Hops: .75 oz. kent goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. saaz (4% AA, 30 min.)
.75 oz. kent goldings (5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: American Ale II Wyeast#1272
Log: Single ferment then rack to secondary for 1 week to
clear.
Carbonation: Bottle using 3/4c corn sugar
