Bitterness: 11 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.081 3 gallons
6 lb. 9 oz. Briess Bavaian Wheat Dark LME
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs American Hefewiezen WLP-320 - Pitched at 75 deg.
Log: Ferment at 68 degrees for 5 days. Rack to secondary for 6 days.
Carbonation: 3.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 5.78 oz. for 5 gallons @ 69°F
Tasting: Tried the first one after 6 days. Was a bit green (flavors did not meld very well). Tried second one after 14 days, much better, nice yeasty tartness.
