Steep: Chocolate was steeped until the boil started, approximately 20 minutes.
Boil: 50 minutes SG 1.113 2.5 gallons
7.5 lb. Wheat extract
Boil was on an electric stove, so a bit more caramelization than on
a gas range was seen. Beer is darker than calculated.
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (3.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (3.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Bavarian Wheat
Carbonation: 4.0 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 15.0 oz. for 5 gallons @ 76°F
