bring to boil
hallertau hops for 60 mins
all other hops for last 15 minutes
Honey added last 15 minutes of boil

Water: 4 gallons bottled spring water.
9 lbs ice added to wort to bring temp down to pitch yeast.
Grain: 4 oz. Belgian aromatic
Steep: Steep grains for 30 mins in 159° water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.136 2 gallons
5 lb. Wheat extract
2 lb. Light malt extract
4 oz. Honey
acid malt of 2oz added during last 15 minutes of boil.
Lemon zest of 1/2 lemon added during last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Perle (8% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP3000
Carbonation: Malt extract - 1.25 cups
