Steep: steep grains by bring temp up to 170 then discard
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.086 3 gallons
6.6 lb. Wheat extract
irish moss
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
1/2 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
1/2 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: white labs hefewiezen
Log: ferment 65-70 for two weeks bottle and age for one month
Carbonation: one copper carb drop for every 12 oz bottler two per pint
Tasting: very good and full bodied
