100g Corn syrup dryed
500g Honey Dark(end of boil)
1.7kg Gold Rush Pale Rider Wheat Kit
4g Gypsum full boil
2g Yeast Nutrient 10 min
10g Dried Orange Peel 10 min
6g Coriander 10 min
500g Honey from above at end of boil
Hops: 13g Hallertauer (pellets) (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
11.5g 6 IBUs from kit (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
13g Hallertauer (pellets) (4.25% AA, 10 min.)
13g Saaz (pellets) (aroma)
Yeast: Safbrew T-58(Top Fermenting)Ale Yeast
sprinkled on top left 20 min then stirred
Temp 27.2c at pitching
