Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash @ 158° F for 60 min. Sparge.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.046 15.5 gallons
Hops: 50g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 90 min.)
20g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
25g Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1272 American II
Log: Ferment at 68° F. Transfer to secondary after 3 days. Allow to completely finish.
Carbonation: 4.2 volumes Keg: 25.7 psi @ 34°F
