Blanche De Garde Manger

My favorite beer, I took a long time getting the ingredients just right, this is very similar to Hoegaarden and I have brewed it about a dozen times

Type: All grain Size: 20 liters
Color:
3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: I have hard water from a well, I don't treat it or change it, I consider it something that unique to my brery that no one else can have.....it's mine! lol
Grain: 2kg American 2-row
2kg Raw wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
Standard infusion mash with 12 -14 litres for 60 minutes at 155 °F. Sparge with 20 litres to collect 26 litres for the boil assuming 20% evaporation.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.034 26 liters
10g Crushed Corriander Seeds
5g Bitter Orange Peel
Hops: 25g Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
15g Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WYEAST #3944 Belgian Witbier
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Keg: 10.8 psi @ 4°C
