Baby Bottom Belgian Wit

First attempt at a Belgian Wit...hope it turns out well.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 9 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Used bottled spring water.
Grain: 8 oz. Wheat malt
4 oz. Flaked oats
Steep: Steeped oats and wheat in grain bag at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.171 1.5 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
Added 1/2 oz bitter orange peel at 15 min left
Added 1/2 oz sweet orange peel at 15 min left
Added 1/2 oz corriander at 15 min left
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Used Wyeast 3944 prepped in a start for 3 days.
Log: Brewed Nov 1.
Active fermentation at 68 degrees F within 6 hours.
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.01 oz. for 5 gallons @ 65°F
