1 oz. Baby oatmeal
3.5 lb. Raw wheat
Mash: 80% efficiency
Two hour mash at 152° F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.037 7 gallons
1 lb. Honey
2 oz. Crushed Corriander
.5 oz. Orange peel
Corriander and Orange peel were added at the 15min mark
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.4% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Belgian Wit
