Grain: 8 lb. Belgian pale
7 lb. Wheat malt
8 oz. Belgian Munich
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single Decoction
2 tsp Gypsum to sparge water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.035 13.5 gallons
Last 15 minutes:
3 tsp Irish moss
1 oz Bitter Orange Peel
1 oz Sweet Orange Peel
2 oz Ground Coriander
1 oz Ground Cardamom


Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WhiteLabs Belgian Wit in 1000 ml. starter
