8 oz. Honey
Irish moss last 15 minutes of boil
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Belgian wheat yeast
Log: Primary 1 week at room temp
Secondary 1 week at room temp
Carbonation: bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar
