Grain: 3kg Dark wheat malt
3kg German Munich
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.058 26 liters
Hops: 40g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: white labs liquid hefewiezen (yeast) Make a quart starter the day before brewing with DME.
Carbonation: after cooling the wort and before pitching the yeast put a quart or 2 in strerilized bottles in the fridge as a primer, add to the wort just before bottleing.
