Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. German Munich
6 oz. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
2 oz. British chocolate
Steep: Steep grains at 150° for 1 hour and sparge with 1 gal. water at 170° to have boil water level at 2 gal.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.121 2 gallons
6 lb. Northwest wheat extract
add 1tsp. Irish Moss at 45 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP300 Hefeweizen pitched when wort temp reaches 80°
Carbonation: prime beer with 5oz. corn sugar before botteling
