Steep: Steeped grains for 30 mins at 160 degrees
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 6 gallons
7 lb. 5 oz. Wheat extract
1 tsp Irish Moss with 15 mins left to boil
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (2.8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (2.8% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Weihenstephan Weizen Yeast 3068 in 32 oz starter.

Tasting: Nice banana notes on the nose. Malty, chocolaty flavor profile from the roast malts.
