Drunken Dunkel 2-Dark

This was my first attempt at a dunkelweizen, so I did two slightly different versions. This one, 2-Dark, was my attempt at a chocolatey dunkel. It turned out very nicely, with the textbook banana clove finish, but still has a lot of kick.

OG 1068 FG 1020 Alcohol 6.3% ABV
Carbonation: 5 oz priming sugar.
Tasting: This dunkel really turned out well, with a fuller chocolately flavor than your standard dunkel, or my 1-Reg. But, it still retains the standard banana clove finish that's required to make it a dunkel. I like it as much as my other 1-Reg version, it just has a different flavor. Personally, I first have a 1-Reg bottle, then the 2-Dark, enjoy!
