Honey None-the-Weizen

First attempt with honey in brewing. I really like hefeweizens, so a little honey characteristic should be nice.

Grain: 1.5 lb. Wheat malt
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.097 3 gallons
5 lb. Wheat extract
2 lb. Honey
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (3.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #3068 Weihenstephan Wheat
