I just brewed this beer. It is from Steven Snyder's Brewmaster's Bible. I will update the post in three weeks.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
5 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 7 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Wheat malt
Steep: Slow steep from cold tap water to boiling took 1.5 hours
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.133 2 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3.3 lb. Wheat extract
Irish moss 1tsp
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephen Yeast
Carbonation: 3/4 cup sugar
