3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 7 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: 1/2 Tsp. Gypsum when heating.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 6 gallons
0.81 lb. Wheat dry malt extract
5.50 lb. Wheat extract
1 tsp. irish moss, last 15 min.
Hops: 0.46 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 3068
1 pint starter, 2 days before.
1 cup DME, 20 0z water, boil for 10 minutes
Log: Ferment 68F for 7 days
Secondary for 7 days
Crash Cool for 3 days @ 33F
Keg @ 35-38F
Carbonation: 4.0 volumes Keg: 26.1 psi @ 37°F
