Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Water: Straight tap water from Charleston, SC.
Grain: 3 lb. 8 oz. Wheat malt
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.102 1 gallons
1 lb. 0 oz. Amber dry malt extract
Pilsner enzyme was used.
Hops: .5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: An English top fermentation yeast was used
Log: Brewed on 1/25/01, Fermented at 71°
currently fermenting/
Carbonation: 3.8 volumes Cane Sugar: 3.73 oz. for 2.5 gallons @ 71°F
Tasting: Great carbonation, but one casualty (cap cracked). Every drink you take was refreshing and smooth. After you took a drink head of beer came back right after drink.
