Its getting close to summer, I think I broke a sweat last time I mowed the lawn. Must be time for a wheat beer!

Bitterness: 17 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)
Water: Ill try to match the berlin profile. I always boil and decant the nite before...
Grain: 5 lb. Gr. Durst 2-row Pale Ale
5 lb. Wheat Malt
Mash: 72% efficiency
mash in at what ever the ambient temp is...95F raise to 128F (Im winging it here) 20 min Thick Pressurized Decoction. (Mini 15min raise to 147, 167) boil 15psi 20 min Raise rest of mash to 135F. Add decoction back 45 min at 147F Thin Pressurized Decoction strait to boil 20 min. Return, Iodine test raise temp to hit 167F 10 min. Sparge forever 180F 1.5 to 2 hrs.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.042 6.5 gallons
no moss (Heff Weisse)
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertau Hers (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Bavarian Wheat
Log: Jun 1. I hope
Carbonation: Keg conditioned with DME
