Hienekicker

Just brewed it. Should be a malty beer. Not in style, but should be a fun beer- aren't they all. In about a month I'll post how it came out.

Mash: 80% efficiency

Mash out 168F
Sparge with 7 Gal. 170F
Boil: 105 minutes SG 1.042 7.5 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer (3% AA, 75 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 75 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (3% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (3% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP028- Edinburgh Ale.
