Grain: 4 lb. German Vienna
3 lb. German Munich
1 lb. Dark Munich
.5 lb. CaraVienne
.5 lb. Melanoidin
Mash: 80% efficiency
protein rest 120° for 30 mins. decoct 1 gallon. heat to 156°
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.044 6 gallons
Hops: .6 oz. Chinook (11.6% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: oktoberfest.
Log: Ferment at 58° for 1.5 weeks. Lager for 6 weeks at 40°
Carbonation: carbonate to 2.7
Tasting: should be a nice little lager
