Pump into kettle and sparge similtaniously, worked valves.
Boil: 76 minutes SG 1.044 14 gallons
Hops: 2. oz. Tettnanger (4.1% AA, 76 min.)
1.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.1% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Migures lager (ale temp) 61 degrees
Log: Brew date 16 mar 02.
Heater left on, smaoke flavor by steam. New technique, works!
