Steep: Steeped 2 lbs. 30 min. @ 170F. in 1 gal. water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 6 gallons
3.3 lb. Munton & Fison - Plain - Amber
3.3 lb. Munton & Fison - Plain - Extra Light
2.5 oz. Corn sugar
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3% AA, 30 min.)
.75 oz. Perle (6.6% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Spalt (4.5% AA, 1 min.)
.25 oz. Perle (6.6% AA, 1 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: WLP-830 White Labs Pitchable German Lager Yeast
Log: Brewed 2/15/06.
Airated water before and after yeast was pitched about 1 1/2 hours.
Used wort chiller to bring temp. down to 62F in 28 mins.
Pitched yeast @ 62F.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.40 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
