OG: 1.048 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: 50% dist. and well water

or all distilled (R.O.) water treated with 1 tsp(5 gm) of gypsum 0.3 tsp (2 gms )non-iodized salt 0.25 tsp (0.5 gm) chalk and 0.5 tsp (1.75 gms) epsom salt
Grain: 7.75 lb. German Pilsner
1.75 lb. German Munich
4 oz. American crystal 10L
Mash: 65% efficiency
122°F 25 min protein rest and 151°F 90 minute mash
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.037 6.5 gallons
Irish Moss @ 20 min
Hops: 0.75 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 2007 Pilsen lager yeast @ 47-52°F
Lager 1 month begin at 45° and decrease to 34 over 2 weeks
Log: peak 2 to 5 months lasts 7 months
Carbonation: keg and carbonate to style drink as soon as carbonated
Tasting: dry hop with fresh picked dry Saaz flowers
