this was a beer using some leftover grain from last brew season, it might not be to style, but hey it will be enjoyable.

7 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 28 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: lactic acid 2.5ml in the mash and 1.5 ml in the boil.
Grain: 4.5kg British lager
0.19kg German Munich
0.26kg Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
0.13kg CaraMunich
Mash: 70% efficiency
dough in @50°c for 30 min. raise to 57°c for 30 min. conversion to 64°c for 60min. mash out 75°c for 5 min..transfer to lauter tun for sparging.
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.037 30 liters
whirlfloc used in the last 15 min of the boil.
Hops: 21g Hallertauer Pacific (8.9% AA, 60 min.)
15g Hallertauer Pacific (8.9% AA, 15 min.)
35g Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: DanishII Yeast 2247
Log: brew 6 aug 2000. yeast pitched at 17°c then dropped to 10°c for 10 days primary. Will be moved to secondary for at least 5 weeks.
Carbonation: Will be Kegged
Tasting: Will add later
