Based on Lucknow Munich Helles. Doubled the batch size and messed with the hops additions.

Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: FiveStar 5.2 and campden tablets in all brewing water.
Grain: 15 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. German Munich
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.75 lb. German Vienna
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash @ 152F for 60 minutes, Mash out at 170F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 12 gallons
Irish moss 15 minutes before end of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: 2308 Munich Lager Yeast starter
