Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.057 6 1/4 gallons
ran off 2 1/2 gallons reduced on kitchen stove for 45 min added to main boil as needed, irish moss and nutrient added at 15 min to go
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
