steam pilsner

This was a mistake. I didn't think about the fermentation temp of the lager yeast prior to starting the batch. I can't get my basement at a lagering temp so 65ish degrees will have to do. Hopefully this will be okay with any flavors that might appear due to the higher fermentation temps.

Brewer: Wagtail Email: feeforce@hotmail.com
Beer: steam pilsner Style: California Common
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
18 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 23 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: -
Alcohol: -
Grain: 1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Grains steeped for about 45 min starting at 170 Degrees dropping to about 150 at the time of take out.
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.099 2.5 gallons
6.3 lb. Amber malt extract
I prefer a hoppier taste to my beers so I left the hops in for about 10 min longer at each step accept the 30 min step due to the recepie calling for them to be added at 20 min left in the boil. So in this case add 10 min to the 60 and the 45 but not to the 30.
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: wyeast #2278
Tasting: non yet. Will advise.
