Olde Tourhead Steam

Anchor being a long-time favorite,

Irish Moss help things settle out a bit.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Bavarian Lager Yeast
