Special California Common

This is my second Steam Style Beer, the first was from a kit and was very nice. This one should have a bit more character.

Type: Partial mash Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
20 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 35 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.022
Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: Used hard water from the tap. Chicago Suburb has pretty hard water.
Grain: 1 lb. American 6-row
1 lb. American Munich
8 oz. Belgian biscuit
12 oz. American crystal 60L
Mash: 50% efficiency
Used grain bag for 45 minutes at 155 F. Sparged using colander.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 6 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tspn. Irish Moss added at 30 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs SanFrancisco Lager Yeast: 1 pint starter pitched at 78 F.
Activity in airlock in 4-6 hours. Heavy activity at 12 hours.
Temp. stayed near 70 for 2 days, cooled it to 64 on 3rd Day.
Log: At 6 days racked to secondary in glass.
Dry hopped with 1 oz. Amarillo hops. (these hops were not listed so I put in Liberty instead) Amarillo are said to give a floral aroma almost rose-like.
Secondary 14 days.
Carbonation: 1 cup corn sugar.
