1.0 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs "San Francisco Lager"
Log: Primary ferment at 58 degrees F for one week, then to secondary for another two weeks.
Carbonation: Force carbonate with 2.0 volumes of CO2
Tasting: Kegged 12/1/01. Color is light amber.
