Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.002
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: Gypsum
Grain: 14 lb. German Pilsner
2 lb. Wheat malt
5 lb. Flaked rice
Mash: 70% efficiency
Crush 3 Beano tablets and add in the mash along with Amylase Enzyme.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.044 13 gallons
Irish Moss last 15 mins.
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs San Francisco Lager Yeast. 24 - 72 1.5 liter starter.
Log: Oxygenate the wort for 1 min.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 13.4 psi @ 40°F
