Yeast: Make a starter of about 1.5 liter at about 1.050 sg. Bring it to full krousen and pitch to 70°F wort.
Log: When bubbles are escaping the lock, move to cooler. Slowly reduce temp.to 50°F for primary fermentation.(about 7-8 days) Rack off to secondary (keg) and reduce temp. slowly to 34°F (about 2 weeks). At six weeks in the secondary, rack to the conditioning keg.
Carbonation: Pressurize at 30 lbs. Shake the keg until no more gas will go in, then crank pressure back to 15 Lbs. Continue lagering for two more weeks, then enjoy!
Tasting: Kind of reminds me of a strong Fosters. I like it. You might think it's horse pee!
