still playing with the perfect combination of hops and honey.

Type: All grain Size: 3 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 14 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: bottled water
Grain: 9 oz. American victory
1 lb. 6 oz. Raw wheat
Mash: 80% efficiency
heat water to 155° and allow grain to sit for 45 minutes. remove and raise heat to a boil.
Boil: 50 (I know it says 60) minutes SG 1.150 1 gallons
2 lb. 5 oz. Honey
wait with adding honey until end of boil time turn heat off, then add the honey to the mix.
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: california common lager
Log: will be cooking this up this weekend.
Carbonation: bottle with coopers carb. drops.
Tasting: tell you when I taste it.
