Perfect Touch

This is a nice and easy North American drinking beer. No watering taste like those commercial beer. More body and malty flavor with a hint of corny like savor. All around year beer

6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Grain: 1.8kg American 2-row
63g Wheat malt
63g American Munich
63g American crystal 40L
166g Flaked corn
Mash: 75% efficiency
You can use corn starch with no problem (1 cup). Munich is for a touch of malty flavor. Crystal for coloring and more taste and body (balance corn). Wheat for head retention and corn for typical north beer. Single step infusion mash @ 150-152 F for 2 hours (75%). Mash out @ 168 F. Sparge @ 175 F Remember it's a 10 liters batch (2.6 gallons)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 10 liters
Hops: 5g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
10g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
5g Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Any lager yeast. I used Cerna Hora yeast.
