Grain: 5 lb. Belgian pale
8.5 lb. Wheat malt
1.5 lb. German Munich
4 oz. German Melanoidin
9 oz. German crystal 50L
1 oz. American chocolate
5 oz. Barley Hulls
Mash: 67% efficiency
Mash at 150°F for 90 minutes. Up to 168°F for Mash out.
Boil: 100 minutes SG 1.057 7 gallons
Skim scum for first 10 minutes. 1 Whirlfloc tab at 15 min.
Hops: 0.6 oz. Hallertauer (4.1% AA, 90 min.)
0.6 oz. Hallertauer (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast German Wheat 3333
Log: Brewed 1-1-05. Ferment at 68°F
Carbonation: Force Carbonate in keg.
