Mash: 65% efficiency
Mashed at 65° for 90 mins
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.065 18 liters
Irish Moss x 1 teaspoon in final 10 mins of boil
Hops: 25g Saaz (7.5% AA, 90 min.)
15g Saaz (7.5% AA, 30 min.)
15g Saaz (7.5% AA, 15 min.)
30g Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Safflager yeast x 1 packet
Log: Brewed on the 12/10/03.
30g Hop Pellets dry hopped in primery fermentation.
