Mash: 75% efficiency
Decoction mash
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.061 12 gallons
Hops: 3 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: 2 Packs Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale for Each 5 gallon carboy

Carbonation: Primed using gyle (krausening) bulk bottle priming method.
Saving original unfermented wort canned into bottles.
Amount determined using Papazian formula:
