Wanted to try a scottish heavy this time. The recipe is named after seeing my two dogs, well you know.

.25 oz. Rauch Malt
2 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 oz. Flaked wheat
2 lb. American crystal 60L
Mash: 90% efficiency
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.062 13 gallons
5 oz. Belgian candi sugar
Hops: 1.5 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
15 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1728 scottish for five gallon, going to try an irish yeast for the other 5
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 7.72 oz. for 10 gallons @ 68°F
