Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Grain: 9 lb. German Pilsner
1 lb. German Munich
2 oz. American black patent
Mash: 75% efficiency
Upward infusion mash: 15 minutes @127°F and saccharification rest @149°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 7 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (3.8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Spalt (3% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1007 German Ale Yeast
Log: Ferment @62°F and cold condition @42°F for one month before kegging.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 18.8 psi @ 50°F
