Uerige Classic clone

A mock up of Uerige Classic recipe derived from notes jotted down during a tour of the brewery by a friend and using the specs listed on B. United's website.

Here are the notes from my friend for a batch brewed at Uerige:

1000 kg Pils
25 kg Cara Munich III
18 kg Carafa III -don't know if this is dehusked carafa or not

4 kg Perle hops
12 kg Spelter hops
15 kg Halltertauer hops

Don't know when any of these hops are added. And as you can see my hop bill doesn't corrolate with my friends notes, but that is how I would do it for the first try.

Looks a little light in color to me, but I have not brewed it yet to see if it is or not. My friend mentioned that they use the same malt ratios to make the Sticke as well - they just use less sparge water.
