Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Plain Tap Water - (on the hard side)
Grain: 1 lb. 8 oz. Wheat malt
8 oz. American crystal 20L
18 lb. German Pilsner
Mash: 77% efficiency
Dough in with ___ Gal at ____ F for target of ____
Rest for 20 min
Add Boiling Water to raise temp to 155 F
Rest for 60 min

Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.042 14 gallons
Add 1T of Irish moss at last 30 min.
Hops: 2 oz. Mt. Hood (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
.7 oz. Saaz (3.9% AA, 20 min.)
.7 oz. Saaz (3.9% AA, 10 min.)
.6 oz. Saaz (3.9% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Kolsch
1800 ML starter pitched 72 hours in advance
